To assist with passport applications and passport renewals Hon. Helena Guergis is sponsoring the following passport clinics;

Applications can be downloaded from Passport Canada website (www.passportcanada.gc.ca) or picked up from MP’s office, or from your local Post Office.

SIMPLIFIED RENEWAL PROCESS:

Please come to the clinic with your application completed, 2 new pictures and the fee.

NEW PASSPORT APPLICATION:

Please come to the clinic with your new application and one of your pictures dated and signed by your guarantor. Also, you must have all supporting ID photocopied back and front and signed by your guarantor as well. You MUST submit your original birth certificate or Canadian citizenship card, NO photocopies of these documents will be accepted.

NOTE: CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED. Certified Cheque, Money order or Credit Card is accepted.
