The
Watoto Children’s Choir from Uganda, East Africa will be having a “free” performance, open to the public, at the Nottawasaga Inn, Hwy 89 Alliston on
Friday July 3 at 7:00PM. The performance will be about 1 ½ hours. A donation plate will be available. Please try to attend the concert and pass on this information to anyone you feel would be interested.
Watoto means; “children”Since 1994 Watoto Children’s Choirs have toured internationally. These concerts are a lively and energetic. This rich experience benefits the children academically socially emotionally and spiritually and is designed to train and equip them as future leaders. More information is available at

Since then over 1500 AIDS orphaned Ugandan children and widows have found life, hope, purpose, dignity and meaning again through a holistic care program. Watoto cares for orphans and widows in the following ways: Children’s Villages- a safe haven for children ages 2-12, Baby Watoto-a home for abandoned and rejected babies and a church in the north of Uganda for the rehabilitation of child soldiers.
